Shipping costs are based on the dimension, weight and value of the artwork being shipped.  The outbound shipping of your artwork is fully insured against any damage or breakage during transit and most artworks are shipped in highly durable wooden containers.  If you are considering two or more artworks it may be more cost effective to ship them at the same time so please feel welcome to contact us if you have any questions about shipping at

We reserve the right to only deliver to a buyer’s billing addresses attached to the debit card, credit card or PayPal account which a buyer uses to pay for their order.

Your ability to track the delivery of your artwork(s) will be dependent on the system(s) on which the shipping company operates.  That being said, we are committed to doing our utmost to support you in the delivery of your purchase.  You can contact us by emailing

The artist is obliged to deliver your goods within 30 days however we will always advise the artist to take the reasonable steps to deliver your goods as soon as possible and meet any estimated delivery date(s) provided.  If we become aware of an unexpected delay to the delivery of your artwork(s) will we take the reasonable steps to bring this to your attention as soon as possible and seek to arrange a new estimated delivery date with you.

If you fail to take delivery of your artwork(s) on the date of delivery, except where this failure is caused by our failure to comply with these Terms, we will have no liability to you for late delivery.

If you ask us to deliver your order in instalments, you may be charged extra delivery costs.

Cancellation Policy & Return Policy

Under UK consumer law, as a customer you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after your order is delivered.  From the date on which you receive your artwork you will have 14 days to decide to keep your artwork or to return your artwork.

If you decide to send your artwork back to the artist, you must first and foremost contact Three Graces Galleries Limited and confirm with us that you intend to do so, we ask that you clearly state your reasons why. You may use this cancellation form provided, however it is no compulsory.  Before returning the artwork you must confirm that Three Graces Galleries Limited and the artist are in agreement with the terms of the return.  You will then have 14 days from the date of that confirmation to ensure that the artwork is shipped safely back to the artist.

If you return an artwork under the premise that it arrived damaged, then this damage will be reported to the shipping company and it will need to be ascertained through investigation who is responsible for the delivery costs incurred by you in returning the artwork to the artist.  Evidence you provide that an artwork was damaged during transit will be conveyed by the artist to the shipping company.  Naturally the outcome will be determined on a case by case basis and we will do our upmost to keep you informed.  Please bear in mind that the duration of this process will be dependant on the shipping company.  Please note: goods returned under the premise that they arrived damaged will not be accepted for return unless we are reasonably satisfied that they are damaged.

If you return an artwork under the premise that it is defective and we are reasonably satisfied that they are defective then the artist will be responsible for the delivery costs incurred by you in returning the artwork to the artist.  However, goods returned under the premise that they are defective will not be accepted for return unless we are reasonably satisfied that they are defective.

If you decide to cancel your purchase for any other reason (within the 14 day cancellation period), you will be responsible for the costs incurred related to returning the artwork to the artist.

Your method of returning an artwork to the artist must also comply with our recommended artwork return shipping procedures and you must engage an appropriate Fine Art courier or shipping company with a proven track record for handling original works of art.  Returned artworks must be insured from door to door, i.e. from your postal address to the artist’s postal address.

Once an artwork reaches the artist safely and he or she has acertained that it is still in its original condition, Three Graces Galleries Limited will process your return and the amount owed will returned to your original method of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order minus any international customs fees, and minus delivery costs in accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013  Your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date on which the artist receives his or her artwork.

Neither Three Graces Galleries Limited nor the artist is not responsible for any currency conversion differences or charges that may occur as a result of a refunded payment.

Returned artworks that are not damaged or defective must reach the artist in their original condition.  Please also be aware that if you decide to return an artwork that is not damaged or defective then an artist may deduct reasonable costs from your refund amound if a returned artwork has suffered damage whilst in your possession and/or during its return if you have not complied with our recommended artwork return shipping procedures.  We will notify you of these costs in advance.

Providing an estimated cost of returning artwork(s) would require our knowing the dimension, weight and value of the artwork(s) being shipped beforehand and therefore it is not possible to provide an accurate estimate without that prior information.

Please note: any defects in or damage of artworks arising from accidental or wilful damage caused by your negligence and/or alterations or repairs that you carry out yourself are not the responsibility of Three Graces Galleries Limited or artists and as such we will not accept responsibility under any circumstances.

Please also note: Three Graces Galleries Limited does not sell artworks specifically as future investments.  Any descriptions (written or visual) or advertising we publish on in catalogues or brochures, are published to provide you with an approximate idea of the artworks they refer to.  You understand and agree that Three Graces Galleries uses commercially reasonable efforts to display the colors of Original Works of Art accurately via our Site and Services. However, due to the fact that individual computer monitors may display colors differently, we cannot be held responsible for the color accuracy of any Original Works of Art displayed on the Site and Services, and as such we cannot be held liable in this regard.
